Important delivery clarifications
- Video and audio versions of one episode count as one episode.
- Higher-tier upgrades replace lower-tier equivalents. Episode counts, video lengths, listing periods, and newsletter placements do not stack.
- Social placements appear on the show's channels. Cross-posting the same creative to multiple show channels does not create extra unique posts.
- Reusable graphics delivered to a business do not automatically include publication on the show's channels.
- Videos use approved business-supplied materials, a standard show-branded format, and one revision.
- Organic sharing of approved promotional assets on the business's channels is included.
- Paid advertising rights, location filming, interviews, category exclusivity, and separate use of Mary's likeness require written approval.
- Sponsor messages do not automatically include Mary's personal endorsement.
- Episode scheduling depends on production availability.
- Maximum three individual paid sponsor messages per episode, plus shared supporter recognition.
- Every partner receives a completion report with placement links and available performance information.
- The show guarantees agreed deliverables, not customer results.
- Missed placements are handled through replacement placement or appropriate credit according to the signed agreement.

Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the Queen of Deals website. It does not include permanent homepage placement, ongoing episode advertising, unlimited updates, or unlimited future promotion.
Your founding-supporter listing recognizes your early support. Local Deals promotion runs for the 30-, 60-, or 90-day period included in your package.
- • Track standard and premium bonus pools separately.
- • One founding listing per business.
- • A premium upgrade replaces the business's standard listing.
- • Release the standard allocation only after the premium upgrade qualifies, while retaining an audit history.
- • Availability is not displayed without verified data.
- • Applicants outside the bonus limits still receive purchased package benefits, but no lifetime listing is promised.
- • Premium partners outside the founding limit receive their business Q&A on their active 90-day partner/deal page.
- • A founder badge is issued only after founding eligibility is confirmed; otherwise a standard Supporter or Partner badge is used.
